For the theory, the instructor explained to the participants how to use the system, the different tools that can be applied to run a successful bank, how to balance between different objectives, e.g. Profitability and Liquidity as well as the importance of planning quality in order to come up with the best results. After each application period, results were revealed and discussed, therefore each bank would know its weak points and work on it. Results included: Growth of balance sheet, net profit/loss achieved, growth of loans portfolio.
